Z-FORCE 75-7

The new Z-Force 75-7 motor is the latest evolution in Zero’s long line of efficient, air-cooled AC motors with internal permanent magnets. It retains the outer casing of the powerful SR/F for faster heat dissipation, but features a different internal architecture that maximises performance and significantly reduces weight. The result is lower cost and class-leading performance in the naked electric motorcycle category.

Dynamic Swingarm System

Like Zero’s top naked electric models, the S features the exclusive coaxial motor-and-swingarm-pivot layout. This design ensures constant belt tension and maximum torque transfer to the rear wheel. The specially designed swingarm with its large bearing provides the space needed for the high-performance motor, while maintaining a narrow frame for better ergonomics and agility.

TOTAL CONTROL

The Zero S is equipped with the latest Cypher III+ operating system, which supports a series of downloadable performance upgrades. Bosch Motorcycle Stability Control (MSC) combines power and technology, delivering stability and safety. Instant power meets intuitive control, setting a new benchmark in the premium 11kW category at a particularly accessible price. CYPHER III+

Cypher III+ is the leading standard in electric motorcycle operating systems. It coordinates all of the Zero S’s systems, offering complete control and customisation. Through the NextGen app you can add new Cypher features and upgrade the riding experience exactly the way you want it.

MULTIPLE RIDE MODES

The Zero S features multiple ride modes that allow performance to be adjusted through the NextGen app and the instrument display. Rain, Eco, Standard, Sport and Canyon come pre-installed, along with the ability to create nearly unlimited custom setups.

Licence requirements
Holders of an A1 licence can ride any 11kW model, including the S 11kW, from 18 years of age. Holders of a B (car) licence can also ride an 11kW motorcycle in accordance with current legislation.

BATTERY

Z-FORCE 15.6+ BATTERY

The Z-Force 15.6+ kWh lithium-ion battery requires no maintenance and gives the S a range of up to 262 km in city conditions. For even greater freedom, the optional Power Tank can be added (fitted by an authorised workshop).

Class-leading power and energy density, combined with the aluminium housing that acts as a heat sink and the advanced thermal-management system, ensure stable cell cooling and maximum drivetrain performance over time.

Rapid Charge System

The Rapid Charge System adapts to different charging levels, with the Zero S’s standard equipment including a powerful built-in 3.3 kW charger. For even faster charging, the optional Rapid Charging Module can be installed by the official dealer, increasing charging power.

Alternatively, with the included EVSE cable, the Zero S can be charged from any regular household socket — ideally overnight.

Frame

Incredibly light. Irresistibly strong. The steel trellis frame, the specially designed swingarm and the advanced Showa suspension deliver a sporty, intuitive riding experience. Power distribution is perfectly balanced, creating a design with optimal weight and centralised mass, while the twin radial front brake makes deceleration as thrilling as acceleration.

Crisp Display

Customise the instrument display any way you like, or let the industry-leading automatic contrast system do all the work for you. Choose which motorcycle information you want displayed and read it clearly on the full-colour 12.7 cm TFT screen. Multifunctional navigation allows ride-mode changes on the move, cruise-control activation and many more capabilities.

Precision Ride Tuning

The Zero S features Showa suspension, including a 43 mm Big Piston Separate Function (BPF) front fork with adjustable preload, compression and rebound damping, as well as a 40 mm rear shock with piggy-back reservoir and matching preload, compression and rebound adjustments. This suspension system lets the rider fine-tune the motorcycle’s behaviour and comfort to their preferences and riding conditions.

The Zero S wears a pair of top-quality, light and durable 17” wheels with Pirelli Diablo Rosso III tyres, offering exceptional grip and agility. The wheels’ reduced rotating mass takes full advantage of the flexible yet durable tyres, inspired by racing and suitable for three seasons.
